All of my work on Omega drivers happened on the sister model of your laptop, the Dell Inspiron 600M. I tested a half dozen drivers and benchmarked the performance of each. The very best performance that you can eek out of your D600 is going to be done by using the 4.9 Omega driver. "cat_4.9_rad_w2kxp_omega_2576". This specific driver scored me a 7,107 on 3DMark2001 SE.
