As another game in this long running series, Deer Hunter Tournament continues the tradition of detailed simulations allowing players a chance to test their hunting skills.

While the title is "Deer Hunter Tournament", many new creatures such as different bears, mountain lions, wild turkeys, rare birds, and other creatures fill the various new hunting grounds. Players also have a choice of 10 customizable weapons such as shotguns, rifles, or bow and arrows. In addition to all these weapon choices, each weapon can be equipped with scopes calibrated for various distances or specialized ammo.

While players will enjoy the single player aspects of this game, Deer Hunter Tournament does offer players extensive online tournament options and worldwide tracking of their own personal stats. Players are restricted via a bag limit system, so they may only legally kill animals for which they have a bag. Yet, not all deer are equal. A deer boasting many large symmetrical antlers will be a better trophy on that prized wall!
